As most of you would have read last night, The Golf Asylum will change hands and from the 1st of March be known as ‘Fairways Indoor Golf Arena’.

Bobby Rushford will operate the new business. For those of you who don’t know me I am the guy from the videos who misses the targets

My aim for the new business is to build on the great work Alan and Blair have done at The Golf Asylum, we believe we have an amazing and unique facility.

I just wanted to give an update on what the new business will look like and some of the changes we will be putting in place.

Fairways Indoor Golf Arena will have 4 main areas of business:

– PRACTICE –

The unique facilities will remain as is.

We will be investing in hand held LAUNCH MONITORS for the range which can hook up to your phone. We feel this will add an extra dimension to practicing.

– SOCIALISING –

We want this to be hub where you can come with friends

We will run be running team simulator leagues.

There will also be regular social nights to come along and have a bit of fun.

We will be running monthly group trips away to some of Scotland’s finest courses.

– COACHING ACADEMY –

We will be expanding this greatly.

We will have 2 PGA Professionals – Bobby Rushford and Sam Binning, both will be available for year round lessons.

We will also have a mindset coach, Stuart Robertson.

A TPI trainer personal trainer will also be on hand.

Our junior academy will expand massively. We will be offering more junior classes. All juniors who are part of the academy will also get full unrestricted MEMBERSHIP to the facility as part of their coaching fee’s.

Bobby will introduce a new level of class designed for ELITE juniors. This class will have direct links to The University of Stirling and players will be mentored by the scholarship athletes at Stirling. A unique opportunity.

We will have monthly guest coaching nights, guest are set to include European Tour Winners and other expert coaches from around the UK.

– FAMILY FRIENDLY –

we want families to be at home here

We will be introducing a family pass to the facilities

Our new relaxing seating area will offer parents the chance to chill out with coffee and cake as the kids play.

In the coming days we will be changing the name and logo’s on this page.

We hope you all stay and join us for the ride.

If I can help in the meantime please feel free to get in touch.

Thanks,

Bobby Rushford
